We are keen to involve the local community and our stakeholders at every stage of the process for the Runcorn Carbon Dioxide Spur Pipeline Proposed Development. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to have their say on how we develop the best development for local communities, the surrounding landscape and the environment.

Through this consultation, we want to gather local insight into the area and understand how the Runcorn Spur Pipeline Proposed Development might affect you. This feedback will inform how the plans and mitigation measures progress to ensure we can deliver the best development possible.

This consultation is running from 13 March to 10 April 2025. Please ensure all feedback is submitted by 5pm on 10 April to ensure it is considered.

Copies may be made available in due course to the local planning authority and other statutory authorities so that your comments can be considered as part of the planning application process. Responses may therefore be made public, however we will request that your personal details are not placed on public record. The Applicant and its appointed agents will hold your personal details security in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will use them solely in connection with the consultation process and subsequent planning application process and, except as noted above, they will not be passed to third parties.
