Chester Road (Sandycroft)
Temporary traffic management measures on B5129 Chester Road East, as part of the Main Onshore Pipeline's (the Pipeline) construction programme, have been extended by one week and are set to finish on Friday, 13 February 2026. This extension is needed to facilitate the pre-construction drainage works and ensure the safety of the community and onsite project team. This has been approved by Flintshire County Council (FCC) and more information about these measures can be found in the Roadworks Map page on the FCC website here.

Church Lane (Ewloe)
Liverpool Bay CCS Limited's Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor, United Infrastructure (UI) is continuing its enabling works around Church Lane as part of the Pipeline's construction programme. UI will continue to conduct vegetation and hedgerow clearance, alongside selective tree pruning.
These works (approved as part of the Development Consent Order) will prepare the land for the construction of the Pipeline and ensure suitable safety and visibility for residents and site traffic along Church Lane. Please be assured that Church Lane will continue to remain accessible for all residents throughout these works.
